Expert Sports Physiotherapy at Flow State Physio in Sligo
At Flow State Physio, we provide expert sports physiotherapy to help athletes recover from injury, rebuild confidence and return to the sport they love. With 10 years of experience working with athletes, we understand the physical demands and challenges involved in returning to performance, whether you play competitively or simply want to stay active.
Morgan’s experience spans a wide range of sports, including rugby, soccer, GAA, running, swimming and surfing. We treat a broad range of sports injuries, from acute injuries through to persistent problems that are affecting your performance.
Common injuries we manage include ACL tears, hamstring strains, knee ligament injuries, shoulder injuries, ankle sprains, athletic groin pain and muscle injuries. Every athlete receives an individual assessment and rehabilitation programme based on their injury, sport, goals and current level of performance.
Our approach goes beyond simply reducing pain. Rehabilitation focuses on restoring strength, mobility, stability, movement quality and confidence, while progressively preparing your body for the demands of your sport. Where appropriate, treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, movement retraining and sport-specific exercises.
At Flow State Physio, we also deliver structured return-to-sport programmes following injury or surgery. These programmes are designed to progressively bridge the gap between rehabilitation and full sporting participation, helping you develop the physical capacity required to train and compete safely.
Whether you're dealing with an ACL injury, recovering from a hamstring strain, managing an ankle sprain, returning from a shoulder injury, or dealing with a GAA or running-related injury, our aim is to provide clear guidance and expert rehabilitation throughout your recovery.
We work with you to establish realistic goals, monitor your progress and build a rehabilitation plan that fits around your sport and lifestyle. Our goal isn't simply to get you out of pain — it's to help you return stronger, more confident and ready to perform.
